1)  We can accept most CAD-based formats, including DWG, DXF, IGES, SolidWorks, MasterCam, and other commonly used file types.

Yes, prototypes or samples can be produced using either soft tooling or hard tooling, depending on your requirements.

We typically provide a quotation within 2 days after receiving the inquiry with all required details.

Typically, we work from your design drawings or original samples to provide technical recommendations and a quote. Once you approve, we proceed with production based on your specifications.

It depends upon the complexity, size and quantity of the item you need. We will give you approximate delivery time in quotation.

It could be shipped by sea, by air, or by express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX etc). Please confirm with us before placing orders.

After receiving the quotation, you can request samples for quality and functionality testing. We are happy to provide samples for your evaluation

The CNC machine cost can vary a lot depending on what you’re using it for. It’s worth looking at the overall budget for your project before putting an order in.If you areurgent to get the price, please email us or contact us in other ways with drawings, quantity and any other specific requirements so that we can offer you a quote.

3) Provide Supporting Documentation: If possible, share photos or documents that highlight the specific issues. This helps us understand the problem more clearly.

4) Review the Original Agreement: Check your original purchase order or agreement to ensure the parts match the agreed-upon specifications, including tolerances, materials, and finishes.

5) Discuss Possible Solutions: Work with us to find a solution. Options may include reworking the parts, issuing replacements, or adjusting the process to meet your needs.

6) Request Corrective Action: For recurring or serious issues, you may request corrective measures to prevent future problems, which could include process improvements or additional quality checks.

7) Escalate if Needed: If a satisfactory solution isn’t reached, you may need to escalate the matter to higher management or refer to the terms in your contract.
